The result of the provision of state services

As a result of public services is the issue in paper form – confirmation of compliance grain exporter obligations to deliver grain to the state resources of grain on paper or a reasoned response to refuse the provision of public services.

1. Appeals against decisions, actions (inactions) of the Service Provider, and (or) its officials on the provision of public services: a complaint is made to the head of the Service Provider at the address: Astana, street Kenesary 36, office 710, phone: 8 (7172) 55 -59-03, as well as to the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the address: Astana, street Kenesary 36, office 301, phone: 8 (7172) 55-57-63.
The complaint is submitted in writing by mail or on purpose, or through the office of the Ministry of the Service Provider.

In the complaint, the surname, name and patronymic (if the identity document), uslugopoluchatelya mailing address, date of filing of the complaint and signature uslugopoluchatelya.
