The terms of the public service:

1) following the date of application service provider – 6 (six) working days;

2) the maximum waiting time for delivery of the necessary documents – thirty (30) minutes;

3) the maximum time of service uslugopoluchatelya – fifteen (15) minutes.

Required documents

Uslugopoluchatel (or an authorized representative: legal entity – the document confirming the authority, natural person – by notarized power of attorney) is an application service provider in the form according to the annex to this standard of public services.

The Service after receiving the application gives uslugopoluchatelyu receipt showing the date and time, names and initials of the person who accepted the request.

The result of the provision of state services

The result of the public service – the provision of the territorial division of the Treasury payment documents to the payment due for the further transfer of subsidies on bank accounts:

1) agricultural producers (hereinafter – agricultural producers), for the reimbursement of expenses for purchase of fertilizers (except organic) in the current year and in 4 (fourth) quarter of the previous year, suppliers of fertilizer and (or) directly from foreign manufacturers of fertilizers;

2) domestic fertilizer producers to reduce the cost

the cost of fertilizers (except organic) sold

agricultural producers in the current year and in the fourth (4th) quarter

the previous year.

The procedure for appealing against decisions, actions (inaction) of providers of services and (or) officials on the provision of public services
1. Appeals against decisions, actions (inactions) of the central state organs, the Service Provider and (or) its officials on the provision of public services: a complaint is made to the head of the Service Provider to the addresses indicated on the Internet site of the Ministry: www.minagri.gov.kz, See “Support and services”, subsection “Public services”.
The complaint is received in writing by mail or electronically to the cases stipulated by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, either deliberately through the office of the Service Provider on weekdays.
Upon delivery of the complaint to the Office of the Service Provider, confirmation of acceptance of the application is issuing uslugopoluchatelyu complainant card, indicating the date and time, names and initials of the person who made the complaint.
Uslugopoluchatelya complaint received by the address of the Service Provider shall be examined within five working days from the date of its registration. Reasoned response of the outcome of the complaint is sent by mail uslogopoluchatelyu any given purpose in the office service provider.
In case of disagreement with the results provided by the public service uslugopoluchatel may complain to the authorized body to assess and monitor the quality of public services.
The complaint uslugopoluchatelya received by the address of the authorized body to assess and monitor the quality of public services, is considered within fifteen working days from the date of its registration.
2. In case of disagreement with the results provided to the public service, uslugopoluchatel has the right to apply to the court in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
